Ambos Nacos literally means “Both Nacos.” It is important to remember there is no cultural or language barrier as long as you keep an open mind.
Citizens of Mexico come to Santa Cruz County, Cochise, Graham and Greenlee County communities every day.

This tortilla factory is an example of one of the small factories in Naco, Sonora that serves both local needs and those of visitors.
They visit family members, purchase fuel for their vehicles, buy groceries and invest in our economy.
Likewise, Americans find travel to our neighbors to the south a wonderful place to eat a great meal, taste fine beverages, meet friendly shopkeepers and professional businesspeople who are eager to make their customers happy.
Of the three international border crossing locations within the SEAGO Region (Douglas, Nogales and Naco), Naco is least-often mentioned, but not for long.
For one thing, the entire municipality of Naco, Sonora is inviting their American neighbors to a city-wide celebration on Friday, Nov. 18.
All guests will be welcomed on the Mexican side by volunteers who will assist visitors find parking, take tours, locate stores, restaurants or attend the official celebration events to be held at the Municipal Auditorium at 10 AM. Free bus tours and an opportunity to meet Mexican government dignitaries from Governor Guillermo Padrés’ office in Hermosillo and from several other cities throughout Sonora.
Promoting ease of access
The local municipal government, business owners and private sector investors in Naco are taking steps to promote this easy-to-access, quiet, and peaceful municipality just 5 miles from Bisbee.

Naco, Sonora has a number of medical establishments that serve both the local population and "medical tourists" from the United States.
English is spoken by many business owners, and both U.S. and Mexican currency is accepted.
There are street vendors eager to sell their products, restaurants that boast some of the finest Mexican fare in the area, top-of-the-line auto body repairs and painted, 3 custom upholstery shops, 2 pharmacies that sell the same medications we purchase here, U.S.A. educated physicians who practice in Naco and the price differential is substantial.

The eagle is a national symbol in Mexico just as it is in the United States. It is said, however, that only in Sonora are eagles able to swoop down and catch fish in this manner!
Often called the King of Iron Furniture manufacturing, Mr. Sobarzo has built an excellent reputation during the 15 years of his business operations, often selling to the bigger marketplace of Phoenix.
But, that is only one aspect of Mr. Sobarzo’s business; his services include a powder coating line that he offers to many different industries.
